Shipping Policy

We determine shipping fees by the distance in kilometres from our base in Hassall Grove, NSW (postcode 2761). The prices per distance bracket are:

- 0-5 KM: $15

- 6-10 KM: $20

- 11-20 KM: $30

- 21-30 KM: $35

- 31-40 KM: $45

For distances of 41km and beyond, please reach out to our sales team via email.

To ensure seamless and timely delivery of your order, kindly verify the delivery address accuracy, particularly for apartments or unit numbers. We take no responsibility for orders delivered to inaccurate addresses due to incorrect information provided. 

In the event the recipient is not present at the delivery address, we take adequate measures to secure the gift in the safest possible place. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred on the item(s) thereafter. Therefore, we strongly recommend ensuring the recipient is available to receive the gift at the scheduled delivery time.

Please note pick up orders require payment in full prior to collection. 

Once payment is received we will advise when it is available for pick up.
